- I have loved horses since the age of 3. It wasn't until I was 13 that I owned my own horse. My family are not horse oriented so it was up to me to get to the stables, shows etc. Over the years I slowly progressed from riding to shows, to hiring a float when I got my drivers license, to owning my own float. There were many hard years of going without to enable me to purchase what I needed for my equestrian friends, but, it has certainly been well worth it. I am now happily married with 2 grown up children. My husband & I live on our acreage, where I breed Arabians & Pintos. I have a Saddlery Shop, am an agent for Unicorn Horse Floats & Stallion Horse Floats. We have a lovely grass dressage arena, enough lovely show jumps to keep in touch with the jumping side. My daughter also shares my passion for the horses & showing, so we spend many hours together helping to improve our riding & business practices. She has started an Equine Myofunctional Business, & is working part time as well. My main aim is to be able to give to children, what wasn't readily available to me when I was younger.
